If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your goods, simply return them to us for a prompt, no quibble refund. e-mail us : orders@petcare.uk.com

DELIVERY MAINLAND UK We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 4 working days. Depending on the size and location of the order,we will deliver either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Courier Company or our own vans.

Rates are:
Local - within 10 mile radius of Thame using our own vans:
For orders up to £20.00 ...... £3.95
For orders over £20.00 ....... FREE

National UK :
For orders up to £100.00 ..... £3.95
For orders over £100.00 ...... FREE

HOW TO PAY
Use our secure on line shop to place your orders. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Petcare and send them together with your order, name and delivery address to us here at Petcare. Please allow 3-4 working days for cheque clearance. Goods will then be dispatched within 5 working days of the cheque clearance.

HOW TO RETURN
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased then please return them within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

When returning items you are strongly recommended proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

If goods have not been delivered within 30 days of order then the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and to request a full refund of the entire purchase price provided the goods if then delivered are returned to Petcare unused and in their original packaging.
