DELIVERY MAINLAND UK We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 4 working days. Depending on the size and location of the order, we will deliver either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Courier Company or our own vans. Rates are:

Local - within 10 mile radius of Thame using our own vans :
For orders up to £20.00 ... £3.95
For orders over £20.00 .....FREE

National UK :
For orders up to £100.00      £3.95
For orders over £100.00       FREE
For some items there is a large item £10 delivery charge.
These items have the symbol alongside them.

PRICES
We make every effort to maintain prices throughout the year, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. The prices in our online shop are current and include VAT at the current rate.

CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS
Petcare reserves the right to make changes at any time and without notice to the materials, dimensions, colours and design of its products and such changes shall not affect the validity of any contract with the buyer provided that such changes or modifications to not adversely affect in any material way the performance of the products or the quality thereof. Where there has been a change Petcare will endeavor to supply a product that is as similar to the product ordered as is reasonable practicable. The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund given if any replacement is deemed unacceptable.

FORCE MAJEURE
Petcare shall not be responsible for delay or failure to deliver goods if such failures arise due to Force Majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lock outs, or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non availability to Petcare of manufactured stock, parts or materials, delay or failure of delivery of the products to Petcare by manufacturers, suppliers or other persons, government action, legislation or regulation of any kind, act of God or any circumstances reasonably out of our control.
